Order / Shipping Information

 

Following are answers to some FAQ:

 

General

All items featured on this Web site represent the types or styles of gifts M.R. Designs & Gifts offers and product may vary depending upon availability.  Some arrangements may be packed differently than the photo to protect during shipping.

 

During the hot summer months, chocolate items may be substituted with product of equal or greater value to ensure the integrity of the arrangement.

 

Standard orders received before 12NOON (Arizona Time), M-F, will ship/deliver that day (some exceptions may apply ie: custom, etc.).  Orders received after 12NOON (Arizona Time) will ship/deliver the next business day.

 

Since all gifts are made fresh to order, any cancellation after production has begun will incur a 25% fee.  No freight or courier fees can be refunded once the order has shipped.

 

Shipping Service

 

Please double-check that all delivery information (shipping address, credit card number) is correct prior to submitting an order.  We can not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong location if the address provided is incorrect.  Any missing or incorrect information will delay your order processing and additional charges may be incurred to you.

 

If it is necessary to ship your package to a RR or PO Box you MUST select Priority 2-3 day service as our Ground service does not accommodate RR or PO Boxes.
 
The date of receipt will depend upon the freight method chosen and the destination.  Standard delivery is FedEx Ground 1-5 business day service (Ground delivery is not a guaranteed delivery date).  Ground Residential, Priority 2-3 day service (Priority delivery is not a guaranteed delivery date) and Guaranteed Overnight service also available.  Shipping Service closures and/or seasonal volume may also influence the delivery date.  Remember...Overnight shipping is expensive - we charge you what they charge us.
 
Online Shipping quotes are for within the
United States only.  Overnight delivery is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.  In addition, some zip codes may not qualify for Overnight delivery.  Please Contact Us if your gift requires International shipping and for an International rate quote.  Remote or rural areas may require extra delivery time.

 

We can not be held responsible for packages once they have left our studio.  Nor are we held responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect address information, weather delays or other acts of God.  Any claims for loss or damage will be filed with the carrier directly.  If a package is determined "lost" by one of our carriers, we will submit a claim with the carrier and we will re-ship a replacement once the status has been confirmed. Shipping refunds are not available except in the case of Guaranteed Overnight.


Hand Delivery Service

 

Hand Delivery service via Courier is available within the Phoenix Metro area (approximately 115 zip codes).  Hand-Delivery fees range from $10 to $34 depending upon the recipient zip code.  If delivery service is available to your destination zip code, the Hand Courier option and cost will appear during the Delivery Options portion of the checkout process.  If a product clearly states it is for "Local Phoenix Metro Hand Delivery only", please only select the Hand Delivery Std (or Sat) option during checkout, regardless on any other shipping options that may appear.
 
Additional delivery charges may be incurred if more than one delivery attempt is required, due to an incorrect address or rerouted deliveries.  We are charged per attempt.  Delivery charges are not refundable.

 

The delivery service used for shipping or hand-delivery may leave the package at the door if no one is home and a safe place can be determined.  We are not responsible for gifts left without a signature.  We strongly recommend delivery to a business address.
 
For hospital patient or resort/hotel guest shipments or deliveries please make sure the recipient will still be in the hospital or resort/hotel at the time of scheduled delivery.  Please note that some hospitals and resorts/hotels may take an additional 3-4 days to process and deliver packages through their mailroom.  An accurate room # (or, at minimum, the name listed on the room reservation) is absolutely required for all resort/hotel deliveries.
